About 5 years ago, I had no idea what macaroons were. True story.
Now on the other hand, they seem to be everywhere.
Not only that, but more and more people I know have started becoming either dairy or both dairy and gluten free. That being said, it becomes increasingly difficult to find things for them to eat as pudding.
As you can tell, I failed in my attempt to find/make anything appropriate and as a last resort I gave in to temptation and bought these beauties…
My dairy-free friends couldn’t resist either and together ending up demolishing the pack in record time.
