Wishing our TAD readers a very Happy New Year!
Let’s start today by honouring where we’ve come from while we pursue our dreams for 2014 & now for a little surprise…
New beginnings aside, let this be the year we cultivate our best selves, the best versions of ourselves.
Back in 2013, we started a series called Facing A Fear Everyday. We feel that today is the day to kick start this process with renewed vigour.
There are a million and one things we may be afraid of & these fears vary from one person to the next.
2014 already feels like a winner so what better way to dive straight into the new year than by committing to Face A Fear Everyday in 2014. Though we could start this new endeavour by attempting to tackle a NEW fear every single day, we’d rather make #FAFE a way of life rather than one of those new year’s resolutions that get discarded as a fad half way through February!
What does that mean then?
Well, studies have shown that in order to cultivate a new habit, one needs to continue for 30 consecutive days. What better way to keep a New Year’s resolution in check than by making a monthly goal?
We will be setting 12 new fears to tackle in 2014, 1 for each month.
If you would like to stay up-to-date with the progress, there will be weekly highlights so stay tuned!
