It’s often very easy to get swept away with worry. One bad thing happens and before you know it, you start worrying about 10 more things that most likely, won’t ever happen!
So today: When worry seems to take over, stop and take a deep breath. Ask yourself, is this anxiety really valid? What is the likelihood of it occurring? And if it does, what is the worst that can happen?
We have been given this life because we are strong enough to face its challenges.
So exhale the worry and embrace your inner warrior.
